Pressure Washing
in Plano, KY
Reliable Exterior Cleaning in Plano for Homes and Business

Plano sits on the southern edge of Bowling Green in Warren County — close enough to the city to deal with the same exterior buildup, but with the feel of a smaller community where property maintenance matters. The Bowling Green area averages around 50.1 inches of annual rainfall across roughly 120 days each year. That consistent moisture means mold, mildew, algae, and green roof growth are not occasional problems here, they are ongoing ones.
NC’s Pressure Washing has been serving homeowners and commercial property owners in Plano and the surrounding Warren County communities since 2018. Our team brings more than 20 years of hands-on pressure washing experience to each job. We are owner-operated, fully licensed and insured, and we offer free estimates six days a week from Monday through Saturday.

Residential and Commercial Pressure Washing in Plano, KY
Residential Services
Warren County had around 62,870 housing units in 2024, and the homes we see most in the Plano area are ranch-style, single-story, and two-story properties, most with vinyl siding.
For vinyl, we apply cleaner from the bottom up and rinse from the top down, a method that lets the solution do its work without streaking or leaving residue. Because Plano properties sit in the path of steady seasonal rainfall, roof growth, gutter buildup, and weathered driveways are common requests.

What Sets NC's Pressure Washing Apart for Plano Property Owners

20+ Years of Pressure Washing Experience
NC's Pressure Washing started in 2018, but the experience behind it was built over more than two decades. The difference shows in how we evaluate a surface, choose a cleaning method, and adjust when something does not respond as expected.

Hot Water Equipment for Tough Commercial and Concrete Cleaning
The 8 GPM, 3500 PSI hot water machine is what separates commercial concrete work from an average pressure wash. Oil stains, grease buildup, dumpster pad residue, and drive-thru grime all respond better to heat. One thing worth knowing upfront: oil-stained concrete often leaves a shadow even after thorough treatment because the oil soaks in deep. We say this before we start.

Honest Surface Expectations Before Work Begins
Before we clean, we inspect. We check for damaged siding, loose shingles, rotten wood, worn gutters, failing concrete, and awning issues. Photos go on file for existing damage. We then tell the customer what should fully come off, what might leave a trace, and what will likely not improve regardless of effort: oil shadows, partially lifting rust, and old paint on wood are all real outcomes that we cover upfront.

Fully Licensed and Insured
We are fully licensed and insured, which matters whether you are a homeowner protecting your largest asset or a property manager who needs to document vendors. You should not have to wonder about coverage when someone is cleaning your property, and with us, you will not have to.

Plant, Pet, and Property Protection
Nearby vegetation gets rinsed before and during cleaning, and we apply neutralizer where the cleaning solution calls for it. Plant coverage is adapted to the type, some plants can be damaged by being covered too long, so we do not use a one-size-fits-all approach. Customers should keep pets inside before we arrive and remove or turn over dog bowls beforehand.

Water Supply Flexibility When Needed
Our 525-gallon water tank means we are not stuck when a property has no accessible water source. We supply water when needed with an upcharge, and on many jobs, we bring the first 100 to 250 gallons before connecting to the customer's available supply.

Pressure Washing Estimate in Plano, KY
Our Proven Pressure Washing Process
Phone Consultation and Initial Estimate
Most projects begin with a call. In many cases, we can provide a ballpark estimate based on the information you share, including the surface type, approximate size, current condition, and any additional services needed.
Customers often text photos or property addresses to help us evaluate the job. For larger, more complex, or out-of-area projects, an in-person inspection may be required before final pricing is confirmed.
Property Inspection and Surface Evaluation
Before any cleaning begins, we inspect the surfaces to identify existing issues or areas that may require special attention. This can include damaged siding, loose shingles, deteriorated deck boards, aging gutters, worn awnings, cracked concrete, or uneven pavers.
Any visible damage is documented and discussed with the customer before work starts. If a surface is too fragile or compromised to clean safely, we will explain that upfront.
Site Preparation and Property Protection
Most jobs use the customer’s water supply, but when that is not available, we can operate using our 525-gallon water tank for an additional charge. On many projects, we also bring an initial water supply before connecting to the property source.
Plants and surrounding vegetation are pre-rinsed before cleaning begins, and neutralizers are used where appropriate to protect landscaping. Customers are asked to keep pets indoors and remove pet bowls or sensitive outdoor items before service. Commercial properties also receive proper safety setup, including cones, caution tape, and work-zone preparation.
Selecting the Proper Cleaning Solution
Every surface and stain requires a different approach. We use bleach-based solutions and surfactants for mold, mildew, and organic growth, while degreasers are used for oil and grease buildup. Rust stains may require F9 products or specialty acid-based cleaners, and separate products are used for surfaces such as concrete, awnings, and drive-thru areas. We do not rely on a one-solution-fits-all process.
Cleaning With the Appropriate Pressure and Equipment
The cleaning method is matched to the surface being treated. Soft washing is used for roofs and vinyl siding, while lower pressure settings are used on delicate materials like awnings. Concrete, driveways, and heavily soiled surfaces may require hot water systems and professional surface cleaners.
In some situations, scrub brushes or additional passes are needed to properly address buildup, rust, or staining.
Final Rinse, Touch-Ups, and Walk-Through
After cleaning, surfaces are thoroughly rinsed, with the exception of shingle roofs where the cleaning solution is designed to continue working over time with rainfall. Nearby landscaping is rinsed again after the service is completed, and certain concrete surfaces may receive a post-treatment to help maintain results longer.
If the customer is available, we complete a final walk-through together to review the work, discuss any remaining discoloration or permanent staining, and answer any questions before payment is collected.
What Plano Customers Can Expect
Honest Results, No Guesswork
Satisfaction Guarantee
If something does not look right after we finish, we will come back, review the area, and repeat the process when it makes sense to do so.
Customer walkthroughs at the end of a job are encouraged whenever the customer is present.
Weather Conditions Are Not Included in Our Exterior Cleaning Warranty
We do not offer warranties on exterior cleaning because outdoor surfaces are affected by factors we cannot control: weather, moisture, traffic, and surface age.
Honest Limitations on Stains and Surfaces
- Oil stains may improve significantly without fully clearing because concrete absorbs oil deeply.
- Rust removal results depend on how far the rust has penetrated, outcomes are not fully predictable until cleaning begins.
- Awning stains from years of neglect may lighten without fully coming out.
- Roof algae that turns white after treatment is normal; it releases gradually over the following weeks.
We cover all of this before we start, not after you see the results.
